Welcome to Tayib Health & Wholefoods. By placing an order through our website or WhatsApp, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Orders & Payment

• All orders are placed via our website cart or WhatsApp.
• Payment method: EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) only. No credit cards, PayPal, or other payment gateways.
• Bank details will be provided via WhatsApp after order confirmation.
• Orders are processed only after payment reflects in our account (allow 1–2 business days for EFT clearance).
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not received within 48 hours.

2. Pricing

• All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR / R) and include VAT where applicable.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders are charged at the price confirmed at time of order.
• “Price on Order” items require a quote via WhatsApp before payment.

3. Delivery & Collection

• Shipping: Available nationwide in South Africa. Rates calculated at checkout (free over R1000).
• Collection: Available from our Pretoria premises by appointment.
• Delivery times: 2–4 business days for major centres; 4–7 business days for outlying areas.
• Risk passes to you upon delivery or collection.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Perishable/wellness products (oils, food items, cupping cups): No returns or refunds for hygiene/safety reasons, unless defective or incorrect item shipped.
• Non-perishable items: Returns accepted within 7 days of receipt, unopened and in original packaging. Return shipping at customer cost.
• Defective/incorrect items: Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund at our discretion.
• Refunds processed via EFT within 5–7 business days after approval.

5. Product Information

• Product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate to the best of our knowledge but may vary slightly.
• Natural products (oils, herbs) may have batch variations in colour/scent — this is normal.
• Cupping therapy equipment is for professional or informed personal use only. We are not liable for misuse.

6. Health Disclaimer

Our products and services (cupping therapy, oils, supplements) are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a healthcare practitioner before use, especially if pregnant, nursing, or on medication.

7. Privacy & Data

• We collect only information necessary to process orders (name, contact, delivery address).
• Data is not shared with third parties except for delivery couriers.
• WhatsApp conversations are used solely for order management.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tayib Health & Wholefoods is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from product use, delivery delays, or service interruptions. Our maximum liability is limited to the order value.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes resolved in South African courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
